Lih Mei, renowned for its expertise in manufacturing masking paper for acrylic sheets, is expanding in the food manufacturing industry under its brand Mengkudu Love. Mengkudu Love produces high-quality Noni fruit products, designed to promote organic wellness and a healthy lifestyle.

The internship provides hands-on experience in production, quality control, and research & development (R&D) within a growing and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support production processes, including raw material processing and finished product manufacturing.
• Assist with quality inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assist in the documentation and record-keeping for Food Safety and Halal certification compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor supplier activities, including deliveries, construction, repairs, maintenance, and ensuring the quality of work.
• Assist in research and development (R&D) projects related to new or existing products.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in food technology or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
